Terms of use

These terms govern your use of MyITNet (the “Service”), provided by Sparktech Ventures LLP, Jaipur, Rajasthan (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

1. Who can use MyITNet

The Service is for registered businesses that trade in IT products — resellers, system integrators and distributors. We verify each organisation before it can use the network and may decline or suspend an organisation at our discretion, for example if details provided are inaccurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your log-in details secure and for everything done through your organisation's accounts. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Free trial and plans

New organisations receive a free trial of six months from the date they join. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan on the terms we agree with you. Plan features and limits are described on myitnet.in and in the Service, and may change with reasonable notice.

4. Listings, prices and trades

• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you list — products, specifications, prices, GST basis and quantities — and for keeping it up to date.
• MyITNet is a platform that connects businesses. Any purchase, sale, delivery, payment, warranty or tax obligation is solely between the organisations involved. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, those transactions.
• Automatic replies, price-list reading and product details filled in by AI are provided to help you; they may contain errors. Details marked “AI summary – verify” should be checked before relying on them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to list goods you have no right to sell, post false or misleading information, misuse other members' contact details or prices, send spam, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or interfere with the Service.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the Service, including showing your listings to the organisations you choose. Product names and specifications may be added to the shared product catalog; your prices and stock are not shared beyond what you choose to show.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve, change or discontinue features.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses arising from transactions between members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
